Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping is free to both destinations, with no minimum order.

If you'd like delivery elsewhere in the world, email us at Kelvarainfo@gmail.com — we review requests case by case.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Our products are shipped by our partner supplier. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the shipping date, for both Canada and the United States. In practice, US orders often arrive faster. These are estimates and may vary, especially during periods of high demand or due to factors outside our control (customs, carriers, weather conditions).

Shipping fees

Shipping is free to Canada and the United States. Any applicable fee is automatically calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Currency

All prices shown on the store, including for US orders, are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your bank or card issuer will apply the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction, and may charge a conversion fee.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs and import fees

Our products are shipped internationally. For orders delivered outside of Canada, including to the United States, customs duties, import taxes, or similar fees may apply upon delivery, depending on the laws and thresholds in effect in the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price shown on our store.
